I’m interrupting my regularly scheduled recipe program to bring you this special announcement:

My handsome son, Julian, the graduate.

The senior class custom of jumping into the lake (I made sure I was holding the diploma!)

Ready to take on whatever comes next.

Bravo, my boy, my joy. Well done. I love you, Mom.

Thank you, guys! I have not stopped grinning since commencement and my feet aren’t quite yet back on the ground. Can you tell that I’m a glowingly proud mama?

Yes, Julian is handsome! Who does he take after more? mamma? or pappa? :)
Congrats to Julian! Jumping in the lake looks fun! We never had a lake close by, instead we went to Disneyland for an all nighter!

      Thanks for the well-wishes everyone!

I definitely think Julian is growing into my side of the family – he was his dad completely while young but now he really resembles two of my cousins.

Flan – maybe we have 6 degrees of separation…

      He is handsome!

Love the shot you got of him that has two guys high-fiving in the background. That is just the epitome of high school graduation day!
