		<description>maybelles mom - I think you can go Whole Foods all the way. They definitely carry the barley malt syrup and spelt flour. I think I&#039;ve also found the spelt flour in bulk at Wild Oats.</description>

		<description>CEF- Even though this recipe has a couple more steps than a pizza dough, it really isn&#039;t daunting. The spelt flour is very easy to work with - feels good too!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Jessy- Very very yummy.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Michelle - Give these a whirl. As I mentioned above, this recipe is not daunting. I can&#039;t believe how great I feel after eating one - no lead belly at all.</description>
